1.  Unlock the seller's equity by acting as a "bonded guarantor" on the property. 
The loans are provided by third-party lenders directly to the"Seller"  by providing a guarantor to banks (through a bonded guarantor) for expedited capital deployment.
 
2.  Guarantees to resell the property for at least the original offer value or cover the difference and any cash flow and legal responsibility of the property during the resale period.
As such, SecureMyOffer does not sell insurance or deploy loans.  SecureMyOffer is the insured and extends the guarantee to the Seller, backed by world-class insurers. 

3. SecureMyOffer will purchase a policy from Lloyds for every customer we acquire.  SecureMyOffer cash flow will incur the cash flow/losses until the final claim amount is determined and the claim is backed off our insurance carriers. 

4. SecureMyOffer is the guarantor of the mortgage and is not lending the money directly.
SecureMyOffer is neither a lender nor an insurer, and since we are not selling insurance to the seller, we do not need to be a broker and reduce liability on the realtor for recommending the "service
